How does your waiting list work?

If there is no space available in the location you are interested in, we will put your application on our waiting list until that space becomes available. 

When a space becomes available, our staff will review the applications waiting in that space and contact vendors based on products that would be best suited for that space (no adjacent competition).  The length of time an applicant is on the waitlist is not a determining factor in who will be chosen for the space.  Instead, the weight is heavily weighed on the applicant's ideas for a well-designed space, the type and quality of the merchandise, the experience a person has in selling items through other means, and the market plan or strategies they have or plan to incorporate. 

We also try, but cannot promise, to offer those who already have a space at Market Street Creatives with a proven track record, the opportunity to claim another space before moving to the waitlist. If you are a current vendor who would like more space or a specific space, please notify our staff and we will make a note in our system and let you know when a space becomes available.
