Can I have my business and products listed on your website?
Yes. That is another significant advantage of having a vendor store at Market Street Creatives. Our website and point-of-sale system have been designed specifically so that every vendor can have a landing page on our website, and all of your products can be shown on that page. Customers can also find your products by searching various categories and even using the search bar on the website. Customers can choose to buy your items online and pick them up in the store, or we can arrange to ship them directly to the customer.
MSC will charge a 20% commission on all website sales where the customer requires shipping to cover our administration costs. If the customer buys online and picks up the item in the store, there is no commission, and the item is treated like an in-store sale.
You will have access to a vendor portal where you can manage your products and upload photos. Our staff can assist you with this as well. For more information, please email vendors@marketstreetcreatives.com.
